What exactly is a client seat?
A client seat is one full client company account (including that client's team, up to 10 members). If you manage 3 client companies and each has 3 users, that is still only 3 client seats total.
Do White Label client seats stack with my plan seats?
Yes. White Label adds 5 extra client seats on top of your base plan. Example: Pay As You Go includes 2 client seats, so enabling White Label gives you 7 total client seats.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! Enterprise customers can bring their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other API keys for direct billing.
Is there a free trial?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. Your agents will continue working until the end of the billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset monthly on Pay As You Go. Enterprise plans can negotiate rollover terms.
